This review is from: CALF & HALF Creamer (Kitchen & Home)Oh yes, thought I, super - my kid brother (OK, he's 61 but nothing changes) shares my off-beat sense of humour. One of these for Christmas, definitely.
But it is useless. IT HAS NO BOTTOM. Yes, the inner (remember, "double walled glass") is indeed very wittily udder shaped. The outer, though, is bottomless. Hand wash, it says. Can you IMAGINE how you are going to not just clean around all those convolutions, but then get it dry? Just think: the glass layers MEET at the top - & direct access to that crevice is impossible.
Damp glass quickly deteriorates to permanent clouding, even if you survive the stress that cleaning the thing will create. It's difficult to rate this: the idea is 5-star but because the product is unfinished it does not fulfil its role. The expense & disappointment are considerable, so it's 1-star here. Save your money.

This review is from: CALF & HALF Creamer (Kitchen & Home)Purchased for a colleague. The bottom of the jug (the base not the udder) is open, which would make cleaning difficult. The product was well packaged, but I suspect it would have to be as the glass is incredibly thin, even for a novelty item. I knew how big the product would be as I made note of the measurements, but for anyone who doesn't know - it is under 5 inches tall - this is definitely more novelty than a functional product.
Should put a smile on their face at xmas, but make sure you know what you're buying!
